After over 1500 days in foster care here in Wisconsin, this 6-year-old Pitty mix is still dreaming of finding a home where she can finally feel the love she so deeply deserves. Penny is a total goofball who adores her humans and loves nothing more than cuddling up and being the center of your world. She’s best suited as the only dog in the household—she has so much love to give and wants to pour it all into her new family. Her journey hasn’t been easy; Penny has raised a litter of 9 puppies while in rescue, and while she’s been incredibly patient, it’s time for her to find her own happily ever after. Penny gets nervous during storms and could use some extra comfort during those times, but her sweet nature makes it easy to care for her.
