Meet Chowder
To sponsor my trip to WI, go to www.tailwaggers911.com for more info! ***I am able to go home to my forever family right from transport!! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on July 10th and arrive on July 11th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 6/20/26 Dog Name: Chowder Sex: Male Estimated Breed: Shih Tzu Mix Approximate Age: 2-3 years Approximate Weight: 10-15 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Neutered Adoption Fee: $550 Description: This boy was found so fluffy and coat overgrown in a small town. He was not reclaimed and his finder wanted to give him a fair chance to avoid the local kill shelter. He is now all cleaned up and comfy in a loving foster home - dreaming of his new forever. He is very sweet and loves to follow people around the house. He does well with other dogs and the older kids he has met so far! Chowder is housebroken and crate trained, also doing great on a leash! He is going to make a wonderful companion, and he can’t wait to cuddle up with his new family!
