Shelter Pit Bull Mix Finally Gets Adopted After 726 Days — and Her Face Says Everything

Sarabel, a Pit Bull–type dog who had been in SPCA Florida’s care, finally found a forever home after living at the shelter for 726 days. The shelter shared the happy moment on TikTok from the account @spcaflorida as staff gathered to celebrate her adoption and send her off amid applause. During her long stay, Sarabel battled a serious back problem suspected to be intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). About a year before her adoption she lost the ability to use her hind legs and at one point required a canine wheelchair to get around.
