Meet Luna MK
Meet Luna! Luna is a loving, affectionate girl who adores snuggles and giving kisses. She’s happiest by your side and will gladly follow her person from room to room. Luna came from a difficult situation in South Texas, where she and her 10 puppies were rescued. She was a wonderful, devoted mom and has since blossomed in foster care. After successful heartworm treatment, Luna has tested negative at her 6-month follow-up and is now healthy and ready for her forever home. She’s made great progress in her foster home and has learned: Sit, down, and “leave it/take it” How to signal when she needs to go outside (she rings a bell!) Good house manners Luna gets along well with other dogs after proper introductions and enjoys playing with her foster siblings. She’s also been socialized with older kids. She hasn’t been tested with cats. Luna’s ideal home: A fenced yard for playtime and “squirrel patrol” A family who enjoys an affectionate, people-oriented dog Someone willing to continue her training and structure Bonus points if she’s allowed on the couch (and maybe the bed!) Luna has been waiting over a year for her forever home—partly due to her recovery and the challenge adult dogs face compared to puppies. But she is more than ready to give her whole heart to a family who will give her a chance. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion, Luna is ready to meet you.
