Meet Mahi Mahi

Hi, I’m Mahi Mahi! I’m a 2-year-old Husky/Lab mix weighing 49 lbs, and after raising my puppies, I’m finally ready to find a furever home of my own. I came to ATR from MCACC. I LOVE friendly, socialized, gentle dogs and would enjoy a calm canine buddy, but loud, reactive, or overly pushy dogs make me nervous. I’m crate trained and great on leash. I may not have lived in a home before, so I’m looking for a patient family that can help me adjust and continue building my confidence. I’d do best with an active family that can give me exercise, enrichment, and lots of love. I haven’t met cats yet, and while I don’t have experience with kids, I may do well with respectful introductions and boundaries.
