Meet Melody (TX)

Melody (TX) is a female Shih Tzu mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimated that Melody was 9 years old at the time of her rescue in April 2026. She is good with people and other dogs. Melody is blind due to previous medical neglect. We are helping her get better but she will need a home that is patient with special need. Melody loves to explore. Once she learns where the door is, she'll be determined to go out. She loves to run around a yard, bouncing up and down like a pony, and likes to be carried and cuddled.
