Meet Blaze and Molly
This is a courtesy post. Please do not contact Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue for information. Contact information is provided in the description below. Blaze and Molly are both pit bull terriers. Blaze is 10 years old and spayed; Molly is 7 years old and not spayed. They need to find a home as their owner recently passed away and the family cannot care for them. Molly is still like a puppy at heart, although is shy about meeting new dogs. She originally came from an abusive home and was taken in by the deceased owner, who was a woman. Consequently, she is a bit hesitant around men, but she can gain trust if people are patient. Blaze is more laid back. Both have grown up in a home with an elderly and disabled individual, so outdoor access has been limited. They need a chance to live a normal dog life. It would be ideal if they could be adopted together as they are bonded. If you are interested in Blaze & Molly, please contact Theresa Hux at 828-638-5174.
