At 13 years young, Douglas has perfected the art of enjoying life’s simple pleasures — and he’s hoping to find someone to share them with. This charming little Chihuahua mix may be a senior on paper, but don’t tell him that. Douglas still has plenty of pep in his step and absolutely lives for his daily walks. The moment you reach for the leash, his spunky personality shines through, ready for adventure and fresh air. When he’s not out exploring the world, you’ll find him soaking up sunshine like a tiny solar panel, happily stretched out in the warmest patch of light he can find. And when it’s time to relax? Douglas is a professional snuggler. He has a delightful ritual of circling and arranging his blanket just right before curling up into the coziest little ball you’ve ever seen. Sweet, curious, and incredibly devoted, Douglas is the kind of dog who becomes your constant companion. He’ll follow you from room to room, simply wanting to be near his person. Not clingy — just lovingly loyal. And when you do have to step out, he’s perfectly content holding down the fort at home like the good boy he is. Douglas doesn’t need much — just gentle walks, sunny spots, soft blankets, and someone to love. In return, he’ll give you unwavering companionship, quiet affection, and a heart full of gratitude.
