Meet Sissy

This sweet 1-year-old, 37-pound mix is full of love, resilience, and playful energy. Sissy is house trained with regular outings and keeps her crate clean like a pro. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and, while curious about cats, she listens when told to leave them be. Sissy absolutely loves running around the yard and chasing her ball—she doesn’t let much slow her down! Before arriving at the shelter, Sissy suffered an injury to her back leg that required amputation. But don’t worry—she’s adjusted beautifully and has even mastered going up and down steps like a champ. Sissy is looking for a family who will give her the love, care, and fun she deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, happy companion with a heart as big as her spirit, Sissy is your girl.
