Meet Sugar from Korea
Hi, my name is Sugar and I am a wonderful 7 year-old female Maltese, weighing in at approximately 8 lbs. I was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in Korea, where dogs like me endure unimaginable cruelty and hardship. Thankfully, compassionate rescuers saved me and gave me the chance to experience something I’d never known before, hope. I’m a gentle and affectionate companion who loves being around people, including kind children. I get along well with other dogs and would enjoy a family who can shower me with attention and affection. I’d do best in a home with a family who understands that rescued dogs need patience and time to adjust. We recommend working with our skilled pet rescue trainer. My adoption fee of $1,495 (tax-deductible and essential for supporting future rescues) c overs Spay/Neuter. DA2PP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations, Deworming and Heartworm testing, Microchipping, Boarding fees, health certificate, and airline transport from Korea to Seattle. For safety, all adopted dogs must have a GPS tracker or Apple AirTag. You can bring your own or purchase one from us. Your support allows Ginger’s Pet Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to continue its lifesaving work and provide critical medical care for animals in need. Email admin@gingerspetrescue.org to request an adoption application or to learn more about me. Donations to help with vet bills at Greenwood Vet are always appreciated—they make rescues like mine possible.
