Meet Popeye

Popeye is one of the sweet pups rescued from a hoarding situation — and while all his siblings have found their forever homes, this gentle boy is still waiting for his happy ending. He may be a little shy at first, but once Popeye learns to trust you, his loving and affectionate side shines through. He’s a true sweetheart who just wants to feel safe, cared for, and part of a family. Popeye is also a quick learner! He’s been working on fun tricks like sit and spin, and with his food motivation, he’s eager to learn so much more. His gentle nature and bright spirit have made him a volunteer favorite here at the rescue. Popeye would prefer to be your one and only pup, though he gets along just fine with well-behaved dogs, and he’d do best in a home with adults or older kids who can help him continue building his confidence. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of love — someone who’ll blossom with patience and kindness — Popeye might just be the perfect fit. Adoption Fee $350
