Meet Sadie – Proof That Age Is Just a Number Sadie may have a little gray on her muzzle, but don’t let that fool you—this 10-year-young, 60-lb girl still has the heart and energy of a pup half her age! She loves to run, play, and be part of the action, making her a wonderful match for an active family. One of Sadie’s greatest talents? Snuggling. When playtime is over, she’s more than happy to curl up next to you and soak up all the love. She’s also a dream house guest: fully house-trained, crate-trained, and trustworthy enough to be left alone uncrated—no destruction, no drama. Sadie adores kids and adults and gets along well with other dogs (though she’d do best without tiny dogs—she’s a little too enthusiastic and might accidentally step on them!). Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself. Please expect an adoption fee of $300; some of our urgent or long-term dogs have discounted fees.
